Job Title: SQL Server Developer (2 Positions)

Location: Highlands Ranch, CO

Duration: 5 months (Possible extension for 1 year)

Rate: Open

Only GC, US Citizen or EAD-GC who can work on our W2. H1b consultants can be considered if willing to transfer.


  • Working with senior application development staff, assist with the design and development of complex SQL queries and stored procedures.
  • Perform unit and integration testing on newly developed components.
  • Assist with troubleshooting and resolving incidents during the software development lifecycle.
  • Must be a dynamic thinker in an advanced team-oriented development environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Interpreting program specifications.
  • Creating application design documentation.
  • Develop or modify SQL queries and stored procedures to meet business requirements.
  • Perform tests and produce results to ensure accurate compliance with project request requirements.
  • Analyzing new req, potentially creating new designs that working with product partners and potential coding
  • New development of correcting current defects within systems
  • The ability to understand the application and the architecture quickly – be proactive about work assignments

Required Skills:

  • Sense of urgency in completing tasks
  • Multitasking between designs development and defects resolution
  • Analyze and develop applications using SQL Server 2005/2008 utilizing Visual Studio and TFS.
  • This includes but is not limited to Stored Procedures, Views, table maintenance, SSRS, and .Net CLR development.
  • Must have experience in all phases of software development life cycle including project management, functional requirements definition, technical design, development, testing, quality assurance, system certification, systems implementation and system validation.
