Note: Client does not want a PM - this person should be technical with management skills, not a technical PM.

Description:

Client is seeking a Delivery Manager responsible for the management of Marketing and Sales CRM corporate solutions. The role includes maintaining business relationships, planning related technology strategies, delivering and implementing associated projects, and coordinating with necessary resources. This resource is also expected to manage related onshore and offshore team of technical resources leveraging client strategic IT partners. These resources are responsible for application configuration of hosted solutions, development, integration, reporting, QA, and maintenance.

This role will report to the Senior Business Leader of CRM Corporate Client Systems.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Needs to be a technical leader who can work with the business and work on integrations
  • Manage Salesforce or Oracle Fusion, CRM
  • This role is responsible for the management of CRM Corporate Client Systems supporting Sales and Marketing Business Units and will become the IT Delivery point of contact for these organizations.
  • Delivery and implementation of systems through configuration of software packages and custom development using internal staff, external vendors and system integrators.
  • Leadership and coordination of software delivery activities including overall requirements analysis, systems analysis, design, configuration, customization, integration, quality assurance, implementation and some production support.
  • Managing resources deployed globally, including vendors, and offshore partners
  • Estimate project implementation costs, forecast resource needs and plan for sequencing project initiatives
  • Interacting regularly with all levels of Business and IT management.
  • Translate broad strategies into specific roadmaps, project objective and action plans.
  • Communicate effectively and proactively with senior management and articulate ideas and recommendations clearly.
  • Collaborating across global business and technology organization, providing sound business analysis, process and technical leadership.

Must Have Skills:

  • CRM experience not a PM
  • Solutions architect experience
  • Experience working with vendors and third parties
