Technical Experience/Skills Required
Lead (Overall experience 15+ years out of which 10+ years desired in Oracle
Application) Oracle E-Business Suite Functional Expert with Implementation experience possessing the following skills:
· Multiple Implementations or Upgrade experience; Oracle E-Business Suite Release 12 (Preferred) or 11.5.10
· Gather requirements, create design documents, and perform impact analysis for Oracle functionalities for the implementation
· Develop solutions to leverage Oracle applications functionality for the Oracle Supply Chain areas; Module specific knowledge in Purchasing, iProcurement, iSupplier, Procurement Contract & Sourcing
· Expert level knowledge in Procure to Pay cycle; emphasis on SCM side of the details
· Expert level knowledge in Receipt Accounting, Procurement APIs, Workflows and Procurement related Oracle database table structures
· Possess associated basic knowledge in Oracle Inventory, Costing, Order Management & Accounts Payables module
· Lead user sessions for requirement gathering, training and testing.
· Guide technical team in the development of reports, conversions, interfaces, and extensions for Oracle Applications.
· Develop Functional Specification documents for RICEW objects and Application Setup documents for the modules implemented
· Understand and implement/modify the Application Configuration as required (includes system setups, flex-fields, workflow builder, custom library, profile options, etc.).
· Assist users with problems and resolve issues independently.
· Create test plans, test cases, test scripts and performs functional testing.
· Work with existing systems to track and manage requirements and issues

Non-Technical Skills Required:
Good Verbal and written communication skills.  Team Leader, Self Motivated.
Ability to work with large number of experienced Business users & conduct workshops, testing sessions. Ability to analyze pros and cons of a specific Oracle Solution and convince the business users.

Technical Experience/Skills Preferred:
Knowledge and familiarity with Oracle R12 Multi-org Architecture
Previous working experience as a Buyer/Procurement/Supply Chain Manager, Experience in Manufacturing Industries
Knowledge of mainframe technology and/or retail level POS system
Consulting background for a Tier 1 or Niche Consulting firms
Relevant R12 Oracle Certification
